Shipping Details

 

Sample Shipments:

  • We provide generic product samples as well as paid first‑article samples.
  • All sample shipments are sent free of charge within the continental United States.

Production Orders:

For full production orders, we offer two shipping options:

  1. Standard UPS Ground (Continental U.S.)
  • Shipping is charged at 5.45% of the invoice total.
  • This percentage is calculated excluding anyone‑time tooling or mold costs.
  1. Freight Collect (UPS or FedEx)
  • Customers may choose to ship using their own UPS or FedEx account.
  • When selecting freight collect, shipping charges are billed directly by the carrier to the customer.
