How to Order for your Business?

There are just a few simple steps to receive a free quote, 3D artwork impression file and some generic product samples of 3D Emblems and Decals. Email us an AI or EPS (vector) file and include the emblem size, colors and surface type where the emblem will be applied. We will make a custom quote based upon your design and application type within 2 to 3 business days. All quotes will include (when vector file was submitted) a so called 3D artwork impression file. Although conceptual this file will show a specific 3D view of what the emblem will look like once produced. However, this is by no means the final artwork.
Final artwork which we will email to the customer after an order is placed will always have to be approved by the customer first. We will never start any new order without the customers approval of our artwork file. This to make sure there are no misunderstandings about the size, shape, colors and design in general. After we have received the customers approval we will start making the mold or tools, whichever is applicable. Making a mold or tool can take anywhere from 1 day to 5 or even 6 days depending on the size and complexity of the design of the emblem. Embossed, recessed, angles, curves, arcing, peaking, etc. just to name a few can be considered.
 After a mold is finished it will be extensively tested and measured to make sure it works properly and meets our quality standards. With the new mold ready it will be used in production after which the product will be chrome plated followed by painting and adding the correct adhesive which will be based upon the surface on which the emblem will be applied. For example a powder coated surface would require a different kind of adhesive than an aluminum curved surface where the temperature can reach 200°F.
 
On average we ship orders within 4 to 5 weeks after we have received the customers approval of our artwork. Re-orders will take approx.. 3 to 4 weeks, since the mold already has been made.
